Meet Amy Salapski
Amy Salapski is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cambium Development Group, bringing more than 25 years of experience across workforce development, leadership coaching, organizational development, and operational performance consulting.
Her career has focused on helping organizations strengthen workforce stability, leadership capability, and operational execution inside complex, labor-intensive environments. She has partnered with operational leaders across distribution, warehousing, logistics, financial services, and service organizations to address the operational realities impacting performance, retention, safety, leadership effectiveness, and scalability.
Amy’s work sits at the intersection of workforce systems, leadership development, and operational performance. Rather than treating workforce and leadership challenges as isolated HR issues, she helps organizations identify and correct the operational systems driving instability, labor cost pressure, inconsistent execution, and leadership strain.

Amy is also a certified executive coach who uses a Vision-Based Coaching Process grounded in long-term growth, behavioral change, accountability, and leadership effectiveness. Her coaching work supports executives, operational leaders, frontline managers, and emerging leaders navigating growth, operational complexity, organizational change, and leadership development challenges.
She developed the Workforce Stability Operating System™ to help organizations systematically identify and address workforce and leadership system failures that drive operational instability across multi-site environments.
Amy holds multiple coaching certifications and leverages leadership assessment tools, including DISC, Enneagram, ESCI, and the Leadership Practices Inventory to support leadership growth and organizational development.
