After more than 25 years working across coaching, organizational development, workforce development, and operational leadership support, Amy Salapski repeatedly saw the same pattern in labor-intensive organizations. Turnover remained high, labor costs continued to rise, operational inconsistency persisted, and frontline leaders operated in a constantly reactive environment.
Most organizations responded with isolated solutions such as more hiring, more training, temporary staffing fixes, or disconnected leadership initiatives. But the operational systems driving instability often remained unchanged.
